Once you have completed the steps above, you may download the appropriate App (ARB: Personal & Small Business or ARB: Commercial Banking) from arb.bank/apps.

Positive Pay outstanding check files must be uploaded by 2:00pm on Friday, October 6. We will reach out with additional information and training opportunities in the coming weeks.
Your current Remote Deposit Capture scanner will continue to work. You will be prompted to install a new scanning program beginning October 10. We will provide a user guide and you are welcome to schedule an appointment with us to install the program if you need assistance.

Yes, but your tokens will need to be updated (both hard and soft). If you are currently using tokens, we will reach out to you to get you what you need. If your contact information has changed, please notify us immediately to ensure you receive everything you need to know prior to the upgrade weekend.
Internal transfers (between two ARB accounts) will convert automatically for Personal & Small Business clients. Internal transfers set up previously in Corporate Online Banking will need to be re-established in the new Commercial Online Banking system. Please make a record of any internal transfers you have currently so you can reestablish them in the new system.
External transfers (between your account at ARB and an account at another Financial Institution) will need to be reestablished. Please make a record of any external transfers you have currently so you can reestablish and authenticate them in the new system. Please allow two to three days to reestablish external transfers.
You will need to reestablish your connection from Quicken/QuickBooks to ARB, including selecting the appropriate Bank Name and entering your username and password:
We highly recommend you do a download/sync on Friday, October 6 prior to 2:00pm to download the most recent transactions.

Bill Pay services will be unavailable from October 5 through October 9. Full access to Bill Pay will be restored Tuesday, October 10 at 8:00am.
If you are currently enrolled in eStatements, you will be automatically re-enrolled after the upgrade. Simply agree to the terms and conditions. Previous statements may not be immediately available in the new system, so we recommend downloading any statements you would like to save prior to the upgrade.
You will have access to historical check images, but not historical deposit images. Deposit images will be available for deposits made on or after October 10.
Yes, you will have at least 90 days of historical transactions in Online & Mobile Banking after the upgrade. We will load additional historical transactions in the days following the upgrade until you have up to 18 months of history available. If you need more than 90 days immediately, we recommend downloading your transactions prior to the upgrade.
We are discontinuing the $35 monthly fee for Corporate Online Banking. Our new Commercial Online Banking system will have no monthly service fee.
ACH fees, Wire fees, Remote Deposit Capture fees and Positive Pay fees will remain as stated on our Fee Schedule at this time.
Online & Mobile Banking will be unavailable from 2:00pm on Friday, October 6 through 8:00am on Tuesday, October 10. Full access to Online & Mobile Banking will be restored Tuesday, October 10 at 8:00am.
Our technology upgrade includes brand new Online & Mobile Banking platforms, including two new Mobile Apps. You must log into Online Banking at AmericanRiviera.Bank prior to logging into the Mobile App.
