In order to ensure any interest accrued over the upgrade weekend was captured, we needed to apply it to the account. We then removed it so your accruals will be correct on your next statement when interest is paid as well as at the end of the year.
We will be updating the ATMs as part of the upgrade. As a result, there will be a temporary disruption of service for each location prior to the upgrade weekend. You may use ATMs at other financial institutions during this time. See your deposit agreement for information on reimbursed ATM surcharges.

Your analysis statement will generate on October 6 and will include all charges from activity and services utilized in September. Charges will be waived for the month of October so you will see no charges from activity and services utilized in October on your November analysis statement which will generate on the usual schedule.
Your checking account statement will generate on October 6. If your account earns interest, any accrued interest will be paid at that point. On a go-forward basis, your account statement will generate on the last business day of each month (if the last day falls on a weekend, the statement will generate the previous Friday). This means you will receive two account statements for October: one generated on October 6 and one generated on October 31.
The statement format will change slightly, but the content will remain essentially the same. If you prefer to receive your statements electronically, you may enroll in e-statements through Online Banking (tap Statements in the app to enroll).
We planned the upgrade over the 3-day weekend observing Indigenous Peoples Day (October 7 through October 9) to minimize the impact to you and maintain complete access to your funds. We do not anticipate any time you will not have access to your funds by debit card; however, please consider alternative forms of payment (cash or check) during the upgrade weekend in case we experience an unplanned disruption of our debit card service.
